Frequently asked questions
My package comes with a wall art credit. Do I have to use it at the viewing session?
No. How much you spend at the viewing session is completely up to you and there is never any pressure to buy anything. However, the credit can only be used towards wall art and must be used within 30 days of the viewing session.
What happens to the images I don’t buy?
I keep all images purchased for at least 12 months. Any images not purchased during the gallery viewing are not kept.
My order has been placed but I’ve changed my mind – what now?
Due to the bespoke nature of the order, once the order is confirmed and paid for there are no returns, changes or exchanges.
How do I make payments?
Retainers of £99 are to be made by bank transfer – my bank details are on the invoice I send.
The remaining session fee is due at the end of our session and that can be paid by cash, bank transfer or by card. This is the same after our viewing session. My card machine accepts most cards. I do not accept PayPal.
I do also offer to spread the cost of any purchases over 3 payments should you wish. The first payment is 50% of the order total and this is to be paid on the day of the viewing. The following two payments are 25% and will be made 30 and 60 days following the viewing appointment.
What does ‘priting rights’ mean?
If you purchase a digital image, you get the printing rights. That means that you can print them where you like and share them on your personal social media. You are not allowed to edit them in any way (including the addition of filters) or use them for business or modelling purposes.
What does the guarentee mean?
I have put a LOT of research into the professional labs that I use to make sure my clients get the best. I want your photos to look stunning on your wall. Any guarentee that a product comes with is from the lab themselves. Should you have a problem with a product, please let me know.
